Important: Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Before returning any product, you must contact MyCar Trim via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is required for all returns, ensuring that your return is processed smoothly.
Returns on Defective Products
Our Warranty Commitment:
- If you find a defect in material or workmanship in our products, we’ve got you covered. We will handle the return fees, and if a replacement is needed, we’ll take care of the new shipping fees as well.
How to Return a Defective Product:
- Contact us for a RAN and return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us (we cover the cost).
- Choose between a replacement or a refund.
Returns on Non-Defective Products
Conditions for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in new condition, with no custom text (default text is okay), no special modifications, and the red liner (if applicable) must be intact.
Customer’s Responsibility:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance, clearance, and taxes, unless you opt for our special offer detailed below.
Special Offer for USA and Canada (Optional):
- For a $35 (USD) flat fee, which includes pickup, clearance, and taxes, we offer a convenient return option. This fee is deducted from your refund. This service, while optional, often results in faster refunds and eliminates the need for you to organize shipping. Simply contact us to get a RAN and arrange the pickup.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
